FAQs
How does the single-speed design protect material quality?
The Triminator Dry operates at one carefully calibrated speed that balances efficiency with gentle handling. This fixed speed prevents aggressive tumbling that can damage delicate trichomes, while the lubricant-free tumbler surface eliminates contamination from oils or additives.
What size operation is the Triminator Dry best suited for?
With its 20 pounds per hour capacity, the Triminator Dry works well for medium to large operations processing several pounds per session. The compact 36" x 24" x 36" footprint fits in smaller spaces while delivering commercial-level throughput that replaces up to eight manual workers.
How do I switch between trimming and kief extraction modes?
Simply swap out the standard tumbler for the optional Kief Kit tumbler using the tool-free turn-loc system. This changeover takes minutes and transforms the machine from a trimming device to a kief extraction system, maximizing your equipment investment.
What kind of maintenance does the Triminator Dry require?
The machine requires minimal daily maintenance - simply clean the tumbler and collection area between batches. The pressure washer-safe construction allows for thorough cleaning when needed, and the tool-free design makes disassembly quick for deeper cleaning sessions.
How does the built-in timer play a factor in the trimming process?
The integrated timer allows you to set precise processing durations for different material types or desired trim levels. This ensures consistent results across batches and prevents over-processing that could damage the final product quality.
What makes the Triminator Dry suitable for GMP-ready operations?
The Triminator Dry is constructed with food-grade materials and features a lubricant-free design that maintains material purity. The pressure washer-safe construction allows for thorough sanitization, meeting Good Manufacturing Practice standards for commercial facilities.
What electrical requirements does the Triminator Dry have?
The Triminator Dry operates on standard 120V AC power, making it compatible with most commercial and residential electrical systems without requiring special wiring or electrical modifications.
What is covered under the 1-year Triminator warranty?
The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover damage from operator error, abuse, or normal wear items. All sales are final, so proper operation according to the owner's manual is essential for warranty coverage.
