Order Processing & Shipping

We ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after being placed.
  • Some products may have extended processing times of 7-14 business days or more. This information will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Shipping Times

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders promptly. While the exact arrival date depends on your location and the carrier, here's what you can generally expect:

  • USPS: 2-5 business days after processing
  • FedEx: 1-3 business days after processing
  • UPS: 1-5 business days after processing

Important Note: These are estimated shipping times and do not include the initial processing time. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the tracking information provided once your order has shipped.


    Free Shipping Eligibility*

    • Free shipping is only valid on qualified items and in the lower 48 states.
    • Some items are not eligible for free shipping such as large freight shipments.
    • Customers outside lower 48 states such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and etc. may contact us prior to purchasing for an exact shipping quote.
    • Trimleaf reserves the right to change shipping prices and is subject to change without prior notice.

    In very rare cases, international fees may sometimes be charged depending on the customer's credit card and issuer. Trimleaf is not liable for these charges. Please contact your bank prior to purchasing.

     

    Order Confirmation:

    Immediately after placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

    Should the item purchased be unavailable, not in stock or have a longer than usual lead time, a member of our team will reach out via phone or e-mail to find a probable solution.

     

    Order Shipment and Tracking:

    A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order has been fulfilled and dispatched to the appropriate carrier.

    All shipments more than $100 will require signature upon delivery.

    Delivery updates and any delays will be communicated via email.

    If you did not receive tracking information from us within a reasonable amount of time from the date of your order, feel free to follow up with us by Contacting Us.

     

    Damaged Shipment:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival and make note of it when signing for delivery.  

    If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to info@trimleaf.com where we will review and file a claim for it.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing an order.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

    Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

    Trimleaf reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders deemed fraudulent without prior notice.

     

    Returns:

    Due to our growing range of products, we respect and tailor to the return policies of all our manufacturers.

    All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Trimleaf.

    All consumables such as nutrients and supplements are subject to final sale and are not eligible to be returned once opened and used. No exceptions.

    Returns are subject to a minimum of 10-20% restocking fee where return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

    The guarantee does not apply to final sale products or purchases paid using cryptocurrency.

    All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included.
