Packaging & Filling

Pre-roll production runs in a fixed order of grind, sift, fill and pack. Grinders and shredders break flower down to an even particle size, and sifting machines remove stems and oversized pieces before the fill. Cone filling machines range from single-cone tabletop fillers through multi-cone trays to automated production lines, built around standard cone lengths of 70, 84, 98 and 109 millimeters.

Pre-rolled cones are stocked alongside the machines. Every stage has to keep pace with the one after it, so the daily cone target sets the size of each machine in the line.
