Sorting Robotics JIKO+ Automated Pre-Roll Infusion Machine - Optional Installation
While the
WavePak Connect handles high-speed cone filling, hand-filling hash holes remains slow and inconsistent. Channels collapse, fills vary, and potency drifts from one joint to the next. The Sorting Robotics JIKO+ automates both steps: it creates a clean channel and fills it to within ±0.03g. It runs at up to 1,200 joints per hour on distillate and 700 per hour on rosin.
JIKO+ is the original automated pre-roll infusion system. It is patented and has been refined over five years of production at more than 100 facilities. Sorting Robotics' ex-NASA aerospace team engineers and builds it in-house in Los Angeles. Advanced heat control handles concentrates from 500 to 100,000 cP, including distillate, live rosin, live resin, liquid diamonds, budder, sauce, and HTE, and holds the channel shape batch after batch. Recipe lock keeps fill weight and potency consistent across every run.
JIKO+ runs the standard cones and straight tubes you already source, and can be paired with the
WaveKloze Robotic Pre-Roll Closing Arm to finish your production line without retooling your supply chain. At 42" W × 34" H × 26" D and 110 lbs on standard 120V power, it fits most production rooms. A Sorting Robotics technician dials in the machine on day one and trains your team on day two. Typical payback is under 10 months, and onboard cameras plus a dedicated Slack channel keep support one message away.
