Trimleaf started in 2016 as an online-first operation, and that was deliberate. Without the overhead of a physical retail footprint, we could keep pricing competitive while directing every resource toward what actually matters: product knowledge and genuine, responsive service.
Our philosophy has always been to scale while remaining small. That means when you call us, you reach a real person, not a directory. When you place an order, you work with the same person from first question to final delivery. That is not a policy we put in a press release. It is just how we have operated since the beginning.
