About the NugSmasher XP

The NugSmasher XP is another manually-operated rosin extraction system from your trusted brand, but larger and more equipped for higher commercial productions. Using its 6” x 4” Quad Heated Smash Plates and up to 12 tons of pressure capability, this NugSmasher can easily extract a maximum of 28 grams of rosin.

This awesome rosin press also offers consistency in production. Installed in its 82-pound solid steel body are the Accurate Pressure Gauge and Accurate Pressure Control, which will ensure that you’ll get the highest yield at every press. Whether you’re using 3.5-gram, 7-gram, or 14-gram bags, you can also trust that only the best quality rosin will be produced by this machine.

      You can now decarb your solventless rosin using NugSmasher’s decarboxylation capsule made exclusively to work with the NugSmasher Original Rosin Press and bigger!

      Simply add the rosin to the Rosin POT and enclose the POT in the Decarboxylation Capsule, then add to your machine at 275° for 45 minutes. (Example THCA to THC or CBDA to CBD)

      The Decarboxylation Capsule is made to seal under pressure in your Nugsmasher and needs to cool down for 30 minutes prior to opening.

      Each Decarboxylation Capsule comes with one Rosin Pot XL

      I was not very impressed by this unit. I bought a Dulytek for about (00 and it came with more accessories, and I like it better. Both plates heat up and it worked better for me. Based on how much it cost I would return it.

      This thing is soooooo easy to use. Plug it in and go. It’s smaller than I imagined but still manages to be heavy as crap; not something you would want to lug over to a friend’s house on a regular basis. More than enough hydraulic oomph to blow out any bag. Seriously, you can make a mess if you’re not careful. Luckily it’s fairly easy to clean.
      I was a little disappointed that the handle is detachable. It’s a sturdy handle but it wiggles all over the place and makes it seem flimsy even though it’s not. It’s your typical bottle jack hidden inside the handsome exterior, which is truly magnificent. It still gives me goosebumps when I turn it on and those LED lights illuminate those shiny plates.
      Those plates. That’s where this unit really shines. This is my first unit so I have no real frame of reference but they certainly seem big enough for my non-commercial needs. The plates heat up quick and stay within 1 degree of your set point even during the squish.
      Overall, I’m pleased as punch with this unit. It doesn’t feel like it will ever break. But it if does... there’s always that lifetime warranty.
      As far as Trimleaf: I got this thing in three days and it was packaged like it was a fabergé egg. Impressive considering my Prime deliveries have been taking 1-2 weeks. They rock. This press rocks.
