The Xiros 2 Commercial Lyophilizer is ideal for pharmaceutical research, medical applications, and high-throughput laboratory operations requiring large-scale freeze drying. The seven shelves with 51mm spacing and 10kg ice capacity enable processing of multiple batches simultaneously for production-scale lyophilization.

The Edwards vacuum pump combined with mechanical booster creates vacuum levels below 0.01 mbar, significantly lower than standard systems. This enhanced vacuum capability ensures optimal sublimation rates, reduces processing time, and improves product quality in demanding freeze drying applications.

The programmable touchscreen controller enables custom freeze drying cycles, team permission settings, stored process parameters, and activity tracking. This allows process optimization, quality control documentation, and secure access management for multi-user laboratory environments.

The anti-suck valve automatically seals the vacuum chamber when power loss is detected, preventing atmospheric contamination and maintaining vacuum integrity. Holland Green Science provides a limited 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operation. The warranty does not cover operator error, abuse, or damage from improper use. Regular maintenance and proper operation are essential to maintain warranty coverage.
