What other tray components are required to complete a full Infinity Tray run?+

A complete 2.0 Infinity Tray setup requires four component types in the following order: one End Tray w/Drain, one to seven Middle Trays, one Division Tray, and one End Tray. The middle tray is the repeatable add-on unit — you add middle trays to extend the run length, up to the seven-tray maximum per run. All four component types are available separately on this site in both 4' and 5' widths.

How long can a single Infinity Tray run be?+

The maximum total run length is 65', achieved with the full complement of seven middle trays plus the required End Tray w/Drain, Division Tray, and End Tray. Each middle tray contributes 6.5' of length, and Division Trays (available in 2' and 4' lengths) can be cut to size to fine-tune the total run when standard increments don't match your bench layout precisely.

What glue is used to seal the tray joints, and is it included?+

Staal Plast Polystyrene glue (item STP3010) is the required adhesive for sealing all tray joints and is sold separately. It is applied with a caulk gun into the 3–5 mm gap between tray connections, then smoothed with a putty knife. The glue must cure for 48–72 hours at 68°F before the trays are put into use — full gluing instructions are included in the installation guide linked above.

What rolling benches are compatible with the 5' Infinity Tray?+

The 5' Infinity Tray is compatible with Active Aqua IZON Rolling Bench Systems (AAB51001, AAB52002), the Active Aqua 4'x8' Rolling Bench (AARBK48), IGE benches, and most standard 5'-wide commercial rolling benches. For the 4'-wide bench variants including the IZON 4' system, the 4' Infinity Tray middle tray is the appropriate match.

What are the bench sub-support requirements for these trays?+

The trays support a maximum load of 154 lbs/m² and require support beams spaced no more than 19.5" (500 mm) apart. The drain section of the tray must not rest on any support beam, and glued tray connections must be supported within 2.75" (70 mm) of the connection point. Supports must be placed under the section of the tray that has the drop-down glue lip. Full sub-support diagrams are included in the installation guide.

Can the Division Tray be cut to a custom length?+

Yes — Division Trays can be cut to a custom size, but only at the top of the block. Cutting through the bottom of the tray will compromise the structural integrity of the drainage channel. Division Trays are available in 2' and 4' lengths; selecting the appropriate starting size before cutting minimizes material waste and ensures a clean fit at the end of the bench run.

Yes.
