The Vivosun 100W Submersible Water Pump addresses all three: it moves up to 1150 gallons of water per hour with a maximum lift height of 11 ft, draws water down to roughly 1cm above the tank floor through its bottom-inlet design, and shuts itself off automatically if the motor temperature exceeds 185°F (85°C), preventing damage from dry-running.
