Drip Hydro Flex PK Booster

Heavy bud development during flowering demands more phosphorus and potassium than a standard base program like Drip Hydro Base A and Base B alone can supply, and falling short means smaller, softer flowers at harvest. Drip Hydro Flex PK Booster closes that gap with a 0-10-10 N-P-K formula rich in highly bio-available phosphorus and potassium, designed to be used throughout both the vegetative and flowering stages of any fruit or flower-producing plant, with targeted dosing through Weeks 1-8.

Flex supplies the additional phosphorus and potassium plants need for the many biological processes of the flowering stage — from metabolism to nutrient transport — driving increased essential oil, sugar, and terpene production, which can be further enhanced by Drip Hydro Ooze. Flex also contains chelated manganese and chelated zinc. Manganese contributes to photosynthesis, respiration, nitrogen assimilation, root cell elongation, and resistance to root pathogens, while activating most of the enzymes plants need for growth and protein synthesis. Zinc is a key component of enzymes that drive carbohydrate, protein, and chlorophyll formation.

The phosphorus and potassium in Flex come from monopotassium phosphate and dipotassium phosphate — the latter a more expensive, harder-to-source compound. Using both allows Flex to deliver equivalent amounts of phosphorus and potassium without relying on potassium chloride, a more common but less effective source used elsewhere in the industry, producing less stretch and tighter internodal spacing. Dilute 2-5 mL (0.07-0.17 fl. oz) per 4 L (1 gallon) of water through Weeks 1-8 to stimulate quicker, more abundant budding and flowering. To ensure your irrigation lines stay clean while using these concentrated minerals, consider adding Drip Hydro Shock to your reservoir for increased yields.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Drip Hydro Flex PK Booster used for? +

Flex is a phosphorus and potassium booster designed to increase essential oil, sugar, and terpene production for denser, heavier fruit and flowers. It's used throughout both the vegetative and flowering stages of any fruit or flower-producing plant.

How much Flex should I mix per gallon? +

Dilute 2-5 mL (0.07-0.17 fl. oz) per 4 L (1 gallon) of water through Weeks 1-8 of the fruit or flower producing stage.

What does the chelated manganese and zinc in Flex do? +

Manganese supports photosynthesis, respiration, nitrogen assimilation, and root cell elongation while activating growth enzymes, and zinc drives carbohydrate, protein, and chlorophyll formation.

Why does Flex use both monopotassium and dipotassium phosphate? +

Using both sources allows Flex to deliver equivalent amounts of phosphorus and potassium without supplementing with potassium chloride, a more common but less effective source used elsewhere in the industry.

Will Flex help reduce plant stretch? +

Yes, the equal phosphorus-to-potassium ratio in Flex helps produce less stretching and tighter internodal spacing.

Can Flex be used alongside Base A and Base B? +

Yes, Flex is designed as a supplemental PK booster to layer on top of a base nutrient program like Drip Hydro Base A and Base B during Weeks 1-8 of the flowering stage for additional bloom support.
