AC Infinity Ionframe EVO8 730W Commercial Full Spectrum LED Grow Light

Filling a 5×5 ft. canopy with even, flower-grade light usually means stacking fixtures or accepting dim corners. The AC Infinity Ionframe EVO8 does it with a single light: 2,688 Samsung LM301H EVO diodes are algorithmically spaced across a bar-style frame to deliver 2013 PPFD at 730W. That covers 5 × 5 ft. in flower and 6 × 6 ft. in veg, with deep canopy penetration and fewer hotspots. It's built for a 5×5 grow tent such as the CLOUDLAB 866.

Each Samsung LM301H EVO diode is rated at 3.14 µmol/J, outperforming earlier LM301H, LM301B and Bridgelux 3030 chips with more light per diode and a stronger blue component. The Ionframe EVO8 combines 1,720 warm 3000K and 864 cool 5000K EVO diodes with 88 OSRAM 660 nm red, 8 OSRAM 730 nm far-red and 8 Seoul 395 nm UV diodes, so one fixture carries your garden from seedling through harvest.

The included Schedule Controller handles daily light cycles across 10 intensity levels, with a sunrise/sunset ramp of up to 6 hours. The passive-cooling LED driver detaches and mounts on the frame, on a tent wall or outside the tent to keep heat off the canopy. The steel and aluminum housing is IP65-rated and ETL-certified (#5021417). For Wi-Fi app control, automation and grow recipes, connect it to a UIS™ controller such as the Smart Controller 69 Pro Plus (sold separately) and run it alongside the rest of your AC Infinity equipment.

The Ionframe EVO8 builds its spectrum from five diode types. 3000K and 5000K Samsung LM301H EVO white diodes form the broad photosynthetic base. OSRAM 660 nm deep red diodes drive flowering, and OSRAM 730 nm far-red diodes add to that output. Seoul 395 nm UV diodes round out the top end. The result is a single fixture that carries plants from seedling through harvest without separate veg and bloom lights.

How much space does the Ionframe EVO8 cover? +

The Ionframe EVO8 covers a 5 × 5 ft. footprint in flower and up to 6 × 6 ft. during vegetative growth. That makes it a direct fit for a 5×5 grow tent like the CLOUDLAB 866 (60" × 60" × 80").

What's the difference between the Ionframe EVO8 and EVO10? +

The EVO8 is a 730W fixture covering 5 × 5 ft. in flower and 6 × 6 ft. in veg. The AC Infinity Ionframe EVO10 steps up to 1000W with dual drivers, covering 6 × 6 ft. in flower and 7 × 7 ft. in veg. Both use the same Samsung LM301H EVO diodes and bar-style design.

How high should I hang the Ionframe EVO8 above my plants? +

AC Infinity's starter guide recommends keeping the light about 1.5 ft. above the canopy and adjusting intensity by stage: 40% for seedlings, 80% for veg and 100% for flower. If you prefer a fixed position, hang it at peak height and run it at 100% throughout. Watch your plants' response and fine-tune for your strain.

Does the Ionframe EVO8 have Wi-Fi app control? +

The included Schedule Controller handles on/off cycles, 10 intensity levels and sunrise/sunset dimming on its own, without Wi-Fi. For app control, connect the light to a UIS™ smart controller such as CONTROLLER 69 PRO (sold separately). That unlocks remote access, automation and grow recipes through the AC Infinity app.

What is the benefit of the detachable LED driver? +

The driver detaches from the fixture and can be mounted on the light's frame, on a tent wall or outside the tent using the included brackets and driver cord. Moving it outside keeps driver heat out of your grow space and eases the load on ventilation such as an AC Infinity Cloudline T8 fan.

Can I connect multiple Ionframe lights together? +

Yes. Using a daisy-chain adapter (sold separately for the EVO8), each port on a UIS controller can run up to 16 Ionframe lights, and AC Infinity rates the system for up to 80 lights in total. Will my schedule reset after a power outage? +

No. The Schedule Controller has an internal battery that keeps the clock running, so it won't revert to 00:00 when power is cut. Your schedule continues as programmed once power returns.
