How often should I replace my carbon filter?+

For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your carbon filter every 12 to 18 months, depending on usage and the level of odors and VOCs in your environment. The reversible flange design helps maximize its lifespan.

Can I use this filter with a non-AC Infinity fan?+

Yes, this filter is compatible with any 4-inch inline duct fan. However, for seamless integration and performance, we recommend pairing it with an AC Infinity CLOUDLINE S4 or T4 fan.

How do I wash the pre-filter?+

The pre-filter cloth is machine washable. Simply remove it from the filter, wash it with a gentle cycle, and let it air dry completely before reinstalling.

What does the 1200+ IAV rating mean?+

IAV (Iodine Adsorption Value) is a standard measure of activated carbon's performance. A rating of 1200+ indicates a very high-quality, microporous carbon that is extremely effective at capturing odor molecules and impurities.
