Vivosun 16 Inch Manual Wet & Dry Bowl Trimmer

The Vivosun 16 Inch Bowl Trimmer is the mid-size option in Vivosun's 13″–19″ bowl trimmer range. It suits growers who want faster trimming than scissors without the larger footprint of a 19″ bowl, and it measures 16″ across and 11.6″ tall.

The four-edged straight blade comes pre-installed and is used for wet trimming. For dry buds, swap in the four-edged serrated blade or an X-blade.

With protective gloves on, unscrew the wing nut from the center bolt under the mesh screen and remove the blade, gripping its center with a soft cloth. Seat the new blade on the bolt, add the washers, and tighten the wing nut. If you're using X-blades, install one at a time and keep the other as a spare.

Set the container on the anti-slip pad on a flat surface and spread buds across the mesh screen, cutting large branches to fit with the shears. Close the dome with the curtain axis aligned to the screen axis, insert the handle, and turn it clockwise, always in the same direction. If the curtains catch, open the dome and adjust them before continuing.

Yes. The crank handle inserts into a slot on top of the dome and lifts out when you're finished. That makes the trimmer easier to clean, store, and carry.

Remove the blade, then wipe the blade, sweeping curtains, screen, dome, and container with a damp cloth to clear sticky residue. Let every part dry completely before reinstalling the blade for your next session.

Use the pruning shears to cut branches or oversized buds down to fit the screen before trimming. The U-type scissors are for fine touch-ups once the bowl has removed most of the leaf.

Wear protective gloves whenever you assemble, use, clean, or change blades, and never put fingers or objects into the screen grid. Store blades with protective covers and keep the trimmer out of reach of children.
