Looking to accelerate your trimming speed while preserving natural bud appearance and full flavor?
The CO2 Infusion Kit transforms any TTT Trimmer into a flash-freezing system that makes sugar leaves brittle for faster, cleaner trimming without the bruising caused by bladed trimmers.
This comprehensive add-on kit works with all TTT Trimmers to flash freeze material, creating optimal conditions for both trimming and kief extraction. The bladeless trimming combined with CO2 infusion results in natural-looking buds that maintain full flavor profiles.
Flash freezing gives sugar leaves a brittle-like state that removes easily during tumbling, speeding up the trimming process while preserving the visual appeal that dispensaries demand for long-term supply relationships. The system also enhances kief extraction efficiency, enabling faster progression to rosin production.
The complete kit includes a spin flow adaptor, low-temperature hose, precision flow coupler, custom infusion axle, and assorted adapters to connect your liquid CO2 tank, providing everything needed to integrate CO2 infusion into your existing TTT trimmer workflow.
Flash freezing makes sugar leaves brittle for easier removal while preventing bruising damage.
Maintains natural bud appearance and full flavor profile for premium market appeal.
Optimizes kief filter performance for efficient extraction and rosin production workflows.
Includes all adapters and components needed to connect with any TTT trimmer system.
Flash freezing with liquid CO2 makes sugar leaves brittle and easier to remove during tumbling. This speeds up the trimming process significantly while the bladeless design prevents bruising, resulting in cleaner, more natural-looking buds with preserved trichomes and full flavor.
Yes, the CO2 Infusion Kit is designed as a universal add-on for all TTT Trimmer models. The kit includes assorted adapters and a custom infusion axle to ensure compatibility across the entire TTT trimmer lineup.
The kit includes a spin flow adaptor, low-temperature hose, precision flow coupler, custom infusion axle, and assorted adapters to connect your liquid CO2 tank. Everything needed for integration is included except the liquid CO2 tank itself, which must be purchased separately.
The CO2 infusion works excellently with TTT trimmer kief filters by making trichomes more brittle and easier to separate. This speeds up kief extraction significantly, allowing you to efficiently progress to rosin production with higher yields and better quality concentrates.
The combination of bladeless trimming and CO2 flash freezing produces buds with natural appearance, preserved trichomes, and full flavor profiles. This premium quality appeals to dispensaries seeking consistent, attractive product for long-term supply relationships.
You'll need a liquid CO2 tank, which is not included with the kit. The included adapters are designed to connect with standard liquid CO2 tanks. Contact your local gas supplier for appropriate tank sizing based on your processing volume requirements.
