NugSmasher Mini Decarboxylation Capsule

NugSmasher®’s answer to easy and fast decarboxylation! Meant to be used with all of the NugSmasher® line of Machines.

We simply add our solventless Rosin to the Rosin POT and enclose the POT in the Decarboxylation Capsule, then add to your machine according to the times below. (Example THCA to THC or CBDA to CBD)

Decarboxylation Capsule is made to seal under pressure in your NugSmasher® and needs to cool down completely prior to opening the capsule. When releasing the plates the capsule should not expand and should be easy to remove from the plates otherwise more time is needed to ensure the pressure build-up has safely released.

Mini 250 degrees 20 minutes on 5 minutes off cool down then remove

OG 250 degrees 17 minutes on 12 minutes off cool down then remove carefully

XP and Touch 250 degrees 15 minutes on 10 minutes off / cool down then remove carefully

Includes the mini rosin pot this food-grade silicone non-stick container sits in the center of this solid CNC milled 6061 Aluminum chamber. The Rosin Pot Measures 1.25″ in diameter .750″ tall each Decarboxylation Capsule comes with two Rosin Pots one black and one white.

The Decarboxylation Capsule Measures 1.5″ x 1″ tall.

Wow, super achat!

Maintenant, je fait ma propre huile a consommer.
Fonctionne très bien et simple.

Worked great for me, heat and cool while maintaining pressure and when releasing the plates expec...

It works great even with my Dulytek 5 ton press, I did the whole process while maintaining pressure for 16 mins on 250f and another 11 mins with the press off. Once it was ready I released the plates on the press and the silicon container make a decent loud pop which I was expecting if this was done correctly. No mess and all the rosin turned to oil all tidy in its container.

Not sure if releasing the plates after heating but before cooling may be dangerous, ineffective or could possibly work the same.

Excellent job

It certainly works .. I mean I guess its perfect for drcadbing at a fairly accurate temperate when you need to.. if you're trying to make vapes or something if that nature.. you'd want to decarb and this just works great for it.. if you have a nugsmasher mini you will want to get one of these guys asap for its intent
