Put a product works fine and I think it's a little smaller than I thought and I think it's very expensive for the size of the machine if I was going to get another note Smasher it would be the next step up from the mini

I want to upgrade to 5 stars.
I texted nugsmasher again yesterday,had a good talk with them.
They already sent me a return label for the unit.
I bled the unit again and did get air bubbles again.
I will check unit this week again and see if more air got in .
Left the decision up to me to send it back this week.
I got to say,they stand by their warranty.
I love the unit, thinks happen.
Apoligize for the 3 rating above, they are good people.

It works but does lose pressure

I feel bad about this but you asked.
I like the unit alot but have concerns.
Theyre is a lot of slop in the handle ( no big deal,pretty normal on jacks ).
It does lose pressure,in 15 minutes time,it drops enough that you can see between the plates.
I called nugsmasher direct and talked to a really nice gentleman twice about this.
He explained how to check and add fluid.
I did have to add over an ounce of fluid,then bleed unit multiple times.
It helped but still loses pressure.
Second time i called,i was told this is normal.
Now this is basicly a 2 ton floor jack, i sure wouldnt want to be under a car with a jack that loses pressure ,especially that quick.
Also thought each plate gets to temperature but it was explained to me that its both plates together that makes the temp .( Did not know that, ha ).
I want to add, very nice people to talk too.
I had him on the phone first time for over 1/2 hour.
Ive had the unit a week now, would i buy it again,probably not, i just dont agree that jack should lose pressure,especially in 15. Minutes.

Will i keep it and use it, yes definitely .
Now this was shipped to the east coast but packing was excellent,i saw no damage .
I will keep it and not bother them again scince i was told this normal.
You only need pressure for a like 2 minutes but i still dont think a hydraulic jack to leak.
Sorry again ,honest review.
