Yes. Both the 50-cell insert and the 10" × 20" base tray are reusable across multiple propagation cycles. After transplanting, rinse the insert and tray thoroughly, allow to dry, and they're ready for the next round. Only the plugs themselves are single-use — replacement plugs can be purchased separately.

The AccelaROOT plugs come pre-moistened and ready to use straight from the packaging under normal storage conditions. If plugs have dried out due to extended storage, lightly moisten them with pH-balanced water before planting.
