How to Use the Cartridge
- Place the cartridge on the vibration table; set the riser aside for now.
- Fill the holes of the cartridge with your empty cones.
- Turn on the vibration table.
- Fill the top of the cartridge with your material.
- Use the included tamping tool to pack your material during operation. NOTE: Firmly tamp your material early in the filling process to ensure a tight pack near the crutch.
- Once your cones are nearly full (leave some space at the end to twist), turn the vibration table off.
- Pick up the cartridge and place the riser underneath it.
- Set the cartridge down on top of the riser; the cones will be pushed up for easy access.
- Remove each cone and twist the end to finish.
Cleaning Instructions: The filling machine can be cleaned with hot water up to 130°F. For stubborn resin, we recommend using an isopropyl alcohol and salt mixture. Do not expose the machine to temperatures over 130°F or leave it outdoors in direct sunlight.
