How to Use

  1. Place the cartridge on your vibration table (sold separately). Set the riser aside for now.
  2. Fill the holes of the cartridge with your empty 109mm cones.
  3. Turn on the vibration table.
  4. Spread your material evenly over the top of the cartridge.
  5. Use the included tamping tool to gently pack your material during operation. For best results, tamp firmly early in the process to ensure a tight pack near the crutch.
  6. Once cones are nearly full (leave space at the end to twist), turn off the vibration table.
  7. Lift the cartridge and place the riser underneath it.
  8. Set the cartridge down onto the riser, which will push the cones up for easy access.
  9. Remove each filled cone and twist the end to finish.

Cleaning Tip: Clean with hot water (up to 130°F) or a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and salt to remove resin. Do not expose to temperatures over 130°F or leave in direct sunlight.
