No, the Bud Sorter Mini is designed to be gentle on your product. It uses soft, food-grade brushes to move buds across the grates and has no moving mechanical parts that could damage flower or trichomes. The sorting process is manual and controlled by the operator.

The Mini Bud Sorter separates buds into three standard grate sizes: ¼", ½", and ¾". Buds larger than ¾" remain on top of the final grate, creating four collection categories in total including the oversized premium buds.

No power source is required. The Mini Bud Sorter has no moving parts and operates entirely through manual sorting with the included food-grade brushes. It's designed to sit comfortably on top of a standard work table with minimal setup required.

All materials that contact your buds are food-grade: Aluminum 6061-FG, Stainless Steel-FG, and HDPE plastic totes. These materials are safe, non-reactive, and commonly used in food processing applications.

The assembled dimensions are 66"L x 19"W x 19"H, making it compact enough to operate on most work tables. Its space-saving design is specifically engineered to fit efficiently in tight trim rooms while maintaining full sorting functionality.
