EzTrim Bud Shaker Box - Standard and XL Models

The system uses two slotted trays (3/16″ and 1/2″ openings) nested inside a collection container. When you shake the box side to side, gravity pulls smaller pieces—popcorn buds and trim—through the slots while your premium large buds remain on top. This gentle mechanical separation happens in about 30 seconds without damaging trichomes.

The Standard model suits smaller growers processing occasional batches. The XL model is recommended for commercial operations or high-volume growers who need the extra capacity (28″ x 19″), more durable aluminum trays, and the efficiency gains that justify the investment. Both process up to 1 pound per batch, but the XL's larger working area handles daily production demands better.

The Standard model uses food-grade polycarbonate containers. The XL model features food-grade polypropylene for the tote and heavy-duty aluminum for the slotted trays, providing superior strength and longevity for commercial operations. All materials meet food-safety standards for direct plant contact.

No tools or technical knowledge required. The Standard model simply nests three containers together, while the XL model requires inserting two aluminum trays into the tote—both setups take under a minute. Once assembled, operation is as simple as loading your product and shaking side to side.

The Bud Shaker Box is specifically designed to minimize handling and preserve bud quality. The gentle side-to-side shaking motion and smooth food-grade surfaces cause significantly less trichome damage than hand-sorting or aggressive trimming methods.
