CenturionPro DBT Model 0 Dry Batch Trimmer
Are manual trimming sessions consuming too much of your valuable time? The CenturionPro Dry Batch Trimmer (DBT) Model 0 brings commercial-grade trimming capability to small-scale operations. If you've outgrown hand trimming but aren't quite ready for the higher capacity of the CenturionPro DBT Model 1, this compact system processes dry material with precision quality comparable to hand trimming.
The DBT Model 0 processes up to 6 pounds of dry material per hour, equivalent to 20 people hand-trimming. This efficiency allows growers to focus on other aspects of their operation while maintaining consistent quality standards across batches. For those needing to process wet material, consider the CenturionPro Tabletop Pro. Featuring Soft Tumble Technology, the DBT Model 0 ensures gentle processing that preserves material integrity and minimizes trichome loss. FAQs
Where does the DBT Model 0 sit in the DBT lineup?
Does the DBT Model 0 process wet material?
No, the DBT Model 0 is a dry-only batch trimmer. It is specifically tuned for cured flower to preserve trichomes. For wet trimming, look into the CenturionPro hybrid tabletop models.
Why is no blower or lubricant required?
The Soft Tumble Technology uses controlled tumbling action to separate trim from flower without needing airflow or suction. This simplifies maintenance and prevents material contamination.
What is the Kief Tumbler upgrade?
It is an optional secondary tumbler with a 150-micron mesh screen. It allows you to process trim to extract high-quality kief, essentially giving you two functions in one machine.
How portable is this machine?
Extremely portable. It weighs only 28 lbs and features two built-in handles, making it easy for one person to move and set up on any workbench.
