  • You are replacing your pump tubing because the constant flexing has caused thinning or leaks that threaten your dosing accuracy.
  • You are upgrading to food-grade materials because your current lines are not rated for the specific acids in your nutrient mix.

  • Keep a spare set on hand because this tubing is the first point of failure in any peristaltic system.
  • The Pharmed BPT material handles aggressive pH-adjusting chemicals significantly better than standard silicone hoses.

  • Commercial growers report that keeping an extra hose on-site prevents a total system failure during a critical dosing cycle.
  • Users who transitioned to this tubing note that it maintains its integrity much longer when cycling highly concentrated acids.

Aqua Master Tools Inner Hose for Peristaltic Pump

Tubing inside a peristaltic pump wears out from constant flexing long before the rest of the unit does. This replacement inner hose is built from durable Pharmed BPT tubing — food-grade and certified to FDA and USP Class VI standards — for the C10, C20, and C30 pump series.

Beyond food-grade certification, the tubing holds up to a wide range of dosing chemicals, including nitric, phosphoric, and citric acid, as well as concentrated potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate. It's flexible and fully autoclavable, making it a durable fit for both hobby and commercial-grade dosing setups using the replacement peristaltic pump, and it ships with connectors included for a straightforward installation.

The tubing sits inside the pump housing, accessible by loosening the two front screws. Always flush and empty the tubing before replacement to avoid chemical exposure.
