The 30mm Mix Tray is specially designed for the larger capacity requirements of Party size cones. Its deeper profile accommodates the additional material needed for these larger pre-rolls, while the 30mm depth ensures even distribution across all filling positions. This specialized tray helps prevent material spillage during the vibration phase and contributes to more consistent filling density across your entire batch.

The Knockbox 3/100 is designed for quick changeovers between different filling kits. Switching from Standard to Party size (or any other format) typically takes just 3-5 minutes. Simply remove the current filling device, attach the Party Filling Device using the snap-on connections, and place the appropriate mix tray on top. This versatility allows producers to easily run different product formats on the same base machine with minimal downtime.

The custom Unload Station included with the Party Filling Kit is specially designed to accommodate the longer length and larger diameter of Party cones. After filling, these larger cones require proper support during the critical transfer from filling device to packaging to prevent damage or material spillage.
