Futurola Knockbox 300 Standard Kit Pre-Roll Cone Filling Machine

The Knockbox 300 can fill up to 300 pre-rolled cones in just two minutes, making it ideal for medium-scale operations. This represents a significant increase in production capability compared to manual filling methods or smaller automated systems, allowing businesses to scale their pre-roll production efficiently.

The Knockbox 300 is compatible with several standard Futurola pre-rolled cone sizes, including 1 1/4 Size (84/26), Slim Size (98/26), and King Size (109/21 and 109/26). It works with any cone that has a crown diameter between 11 and 12.5mm. For specialty cones, the optional Reefer Size Filling Kit (sold separately) can be used.

The Knockbox 300 package includes the Knockbox Base, Controller, Power Adapter, and the Standard Filling Kit (which consists of a Standard Filling Device and a 36mm Mix Tray). Everything you need to start producing pre-rolls is included in the package, except for the cones and material to fill them.

The density control feature allows you to choose between high and low density settings for your pre-rolls. High density creates tighter, more firmly packed pre-rolls, while low density produces a looser pack. This versatility lets you customize your pre-rolls to achieve different smoking experiences and meet customer preferences.

The Knockbox 300 has a base dimension of 18 x 16 x 5 inches, while the filling kit measures 23 x 16 x 15 inches. The complete unit weighs 55 pounds. These dimensions make it suitable for commercial production environments but still manageable for setup and operation.

Futurola provides a 1-year warranty for the Knockbox 300. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from operator error or abuse. All sales are final, so the machine cannot be returned unless it has a warranty-covered defect.
