Next, load your empty cones into the filling device. Then, place your ground material into the 36mm mix tray and set it on top of the machine. Material processed in any Futurola shredder (Mini, Original, Super OG, or Mega) achieves the perfect consistency for the Knockbox filling system. This integration creates a complete production workflow - material is shredded to uniform consistency, then transferred directly to the Knockbox's filling tray for efficient cone filling.

The Knockbox 100 requires minimal routine maintenance. Regular cleaning of the filling tray and device with isopropyl alcohol is recommended after each production run. The snap-on components allow for easy disassembly for thorough cleaning. The machine's controller and base should be kept free of debris, and all connections should be inspected periodically to ensure proper operation.
