Vivosun VCure Smart Post-Harvest Box | Automated Climate-Controlled Curing

The Vivosun VCure Smart Post-Harvest Box automates the drying and curing phase for home growers and medical patients. This 24-gallon drying machine utilizes an advanced inverter compressor to maintain precise temperature and humidity levels, eliminating the risk of crop loss from environmental fluctuations. It holds up to 2.5 lbs of harvest across seven food-grade steel shelves.

Features

Inverter Climate Regulation

The inverter compressor modulates cooling and heating cycles to prevent aggressive temperature swings. This stability preserves volatile terpenes and prevents over-drying of the flower exterior.

360° Dual Air Ducts

Horizontal and vertical circulation paths move air across every rack simultaneously. This uniform airflow eliminates stagnant pockets where mold or mildew could otherwise take hold.

Auto Vapor Balance

The system manages internal humidity without the need for manual draining or external water tanks. It maintains a steady 55 to 65 percent relative humidity range for optimal curing.

Smart Dimming Glass

The front panel glass switches between opaque and transparent states. This allows for visual inspection without exposing the harvest to light degradation or opening the door.

Remote App Control

The Vivosun app provides real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity from any location. Users can customize curing recipes or select from five preset modes via the touchscreen.

In Detail

Vivosun VCure Smart Post-Harvest Box interior view

The VCure operates as a dedicated environment for the most sensitive phase of the harvest cycle. By utilizing an inverter-driven compressor rather than simple on-off cycles, the unit maintains a Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) that encourages slow, even moisture release from the flower core. This process eliminates the labor-intensive requirement of manual jar burping while ensuring the crop never reaches the dangerous moisture levels associated with mold growth.

  • Maintains precise 55 to 65 percent relative humidity for long-term curing
  • Integrated smart lock and door alert system prevent unauthorized access
  • Dual air ducts deliver 360-degree horizontal and vertical circulation
  • Food-grade steel racks accommodate up to 2.5 lbs of wet harvest
  • Smart dimming glass protects trichomes from UV and light degradation

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this unit require a manual water drain?

No, the auto vapor balance system manages moisture levels internally to keep humidity steady without the need for manual draining. The system is designed for self-contained operation during the drying and curing cycles.

Can I use the VCure for long-term storage?

Yes, the machine maintains a consistent humidity range of 55 to 65 percent RH. This environment is ideal for both the initial cure and extended preservation of flowers and harvests.

How much noise does the inverter compressor make?

The noise level is rated at 40 dB or less. This is approximately the same volume as a modern quiet refrigerator, making it suitable for placement in living areas or small grow rooms.

What happens if the door is accidentally left ajar?

The VCure features a built-in door alarm and app notification system. It will alert you immediately if the seal is broken to prevent environmental fluctuations from affecting your harvest.

Does the unit include a carbon filter for odor control?

The replacement carbon filter is sold separately and is not included in the base unit. You should purchase the compatible filter if you require active odor mitigation during the drying process.

Is the glass door always opaque?

The smart dimming glass is switchable. You can set it to opaque to protect your crop from light degradation or switch it to transparent via the app or touchscreen to check progress without opening the door.

Great cure box

After years of trying to regulate heat, humidity and air circulation manually in a room to cure, I started using the cure box. Can’t beat the set it and forget it auto run. Leave the door shut and let it do its thing. Great product.
