Vivosun C4 Smart Grow Camera | 2K QHD WiFi

Every time you unzip a tent to check on your plants, you let light leaks, heat, and humidity swings into a controlled environment. During the dark period, you can't check at all. The Vivosun GrowCam C4 solves this with a 2K QHD (2564 × 1440) live feed and a 117° wide-angle lens. Two 920 nm infrared LEDs provide night vision, so you can watch your canopy around the clock from the Vivosun app without opening the door.

The GrowCam C4 is built specifically for grow setups. Its color tuning is adjusted to give a true-to-life view under grow lights, so you can spot leaf discoloration, pest activity, or overwatering early. Add a microSD card (up to 512 GB, not included) to unlock continuous recording and time-lapse capture. You can document an entire run from seedling to harvest and share the video when it's done.

Installation takes minutes. The included camera mount clamps to a tent pole, and the camera attaches to it magnetically. You can also screw the mount to a wall or set the GrowCam C4 on a flat surface. It works in standard grow tents and the Vivosun VGrow Smart Grow Box, and a built-in mic and speaker enable 2-way audio.

Do I need a microSD card to use the GrowCam C4? +

No. Live viewing through the Vivosun app works without one. Time-lapse capture and continuous recording require a microSD card up to 512 GB, which is sold separately. Insert the card before powering on the camera to avoid potential damage.

Will the night vision disturb my plants during the dark period? +

The GrowCam C4 uses two 920 nm infrared LEDs for night vision, which Vivosun designed to be plant-safe and to protect natural light cycles. This lets you check on your grow during lights-off without opening the tent.

How do I mount the camera in my grow tent? +

Clamp the included camera mount to a tent pole, then attach the camera to it magnetically. You can also screw the mount to a wall using the screw kit and position sticker, or set the camera on a flat surface. Install it away from grow lights to prevent overheating.

What Wi-Fi network does the GrowCam C4 need? +

The camera connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. During setup, make sure your phone and the camera are on the same network. Then add the device in the Vivosun app by tapping "+" and selecting GrowCam C4.

What should I do if the camera won't enter pairing mode? +

Press and hold the reset button until you hear "Restoring factory settings, please do not power off." Once the reset finishes, the camera enters pairing mode automatically and the status light flashes blue rapidly.

Can I use the GrowCam C4 outdoors? +

The GrowCam C4 carries an IP54 rating for dust and splash protection, but Vivosun specifies it for dry, indoor use only. Keep it out of wet, chemical-laden, or otherwise hazardous environments.

What do the LED indicator colors mean? +

Rapid blue flashing means the camera is trying to connect or has lost its network connection. Rapid green flashing means it's connected without a microSD card, and solid green means it's connected with a card installed. Slow green flashing indicates a time-lapse or recording is in progress.
