To maximize production per batch, the HiLyph XL Hash Dryer utilizes tight shelf spacing across 10 trays, delivering 20.05 sq ft of usable tray surface area. Assuming an optimal 1/8" to 1/4" loading layer, it accommodates 9 to 15 lbs of wet Ice Water Extract (18–24 hr cycle, 40–70% water loss, 2.5–4.5 lbs dry yield) or 8 to 10 lbs of live sift (12–16 hr cycle, 25–40% water loss, 3–4.5 lbs dry yield). The unit operates between −40°F and 55°F with three-zone shelf heating, RTD temperature sensors, rapid chamber cooling, staged vacuum control, and fan-assisted defrost for its heavy-duty 40 lb ice condenser.
