The kit excels with fast-cycling crops suited to the 6400K blue spectrum: microgreens (radish, sunflower, pea shoots), leafy greens (lettuce, kale, spinach), wheatgrass, and kitchen herbs including basil, cilantro, parsley, and oregano. It also works well for starting flower and vegetable seedlings before transplant.
