THROUGH THE Cultivator's LENS Hands-On Evaluation

  • You are moving away from manual stovetop infusion because you are tired of burnt oils and inconsistent butter potency.
  • You are looking for an all-in-one prep station because juggling baking sheets and separate pots creates a mess.

  • The emulsion reduction screen is a smart addition that keeps plant material from turning your oil into a sludge.
  • We suggest using the Cleaning Assist mode immediately after you empty the chamber to stop residue from hardening.

  • Users report that the integrated carbon filter in the lid keeps the kitchen smell-free during long infusion cycles.
  • Customers who struggled with uneven heat say the digital controls allowed them to finally dial in their preferred oil infusion.

SinseFresh 1L Oil & Butter Infuser with Decarb

Making herb-infused butter or oil the traditional way means juggling a baking sheet for decarb and a stovetop pot for infusion. It also means guessing when each step is done, then cleaning up a strong-smelling mess. The SinseFresh Oil & Butter Infuser handles both jobs in one countertop appliance. It pairs dedicated Decarb and Infuse modes with a 1,000 mL glass chamber, so you can watch your batch the whole time.

You control every stage. Start from the factory presets, or set the time, a temperature of up to 250°F, and one of nine blade speeds to suit your recipe. A removable emulsion reduction screen helps limit excess blending during infusion. The integrated lid adds a replaceable carbon layer to help keep your kitchen smelling pleasant, plus a built-in 10 mm shredder grid for preparing herbs.

The SinseFresh is backed by design and utility patents. Cleanup is simpler with the Cleaning Assist mode and a dishwasher-safe glass chamber. It also has a lid interlock, tip-over shutoff and overheat protection. The strainer bag, glove and butter mold are included, so you can go from infusion to straining and storage right away.

Features

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I make with the SinseFresh? +

The SinseFresh makes herb-infused butter and oils that you can use in your own recipes, sweet or savory. The infuser handles decarb and infusion. You then prepare the finished dishes separately, following your recipe.

Does it both decarb and infuse? +

Yes. The SinseFresh has separate Decarb and Infuse modes in the same appliance. Decarb prepares the herbs first, then Infuse combines them with butter or oil. Follow the instruction manual for the preparation step between the two cycles.

How do I change the preset settings? +

Before pressing Start, use the Time & Temp button and the up and down arrows to adjust the time and temperature, up to 250°F. You can also choose from nine blade speeds to control how your batch is mixed.

What does the emulsion reduction screen do? +

The removable screen fits around the blade area and is designed to help reduce emulsification during infusion. It is not a basket for holding herbs. Strain your finished infusion with the included mesh strainer bag.

What does the carbon layer do, and can I replace it? +

The carbon layer sits in the lid and helps keep your kitchen smelling pleasant during infusion. Lift it out to reach the shredder grid underneath, then put it back before running the infuser. Replacement carbon layers are sold in 6-packs.

How long does a batch take? +

Total time depends on whether your herbs need decarboxylation, whether the butter needs melting first, and the infusion settings you choose. When planning a batch, allow time for both the decarb and infusion cycles plus the preparation in between.

How do I clean the SinseFresh? +

Run Cleaning Assist, which heats and circulates water to loosen residue. The glass chamber is dishwasher-safe once its electrical port is covered with the silicone plug. Wipe the base with a damp cloth. Always unplug the unit before cleaning by hand.

Why does the display show "LID," and what other safety features does it have? +

"LID" means the lid isn't fully secured. The infuser won't start until it is, which keeps hands away from the moving blade. The unit also powers off if it's tipped or lifted from the base, and a thermal fuse shuts it down if it detects too much heat. If any safety feature activates, stop using the infuser and contact SinseFresh Support at sinsefresh.com. Wear the silicone glove when handling the hot chamber.
