FAQs
What are these cards used for?
These cards are specifically designed for scraping and collecting dry sift (kief). They are the ideal tool to use with dry sift tumblers and are engineered to work seamlessly with the NugSmasher NS Sifter.
Why is a frosted finish important?
The frosted finish provides a textured surface for a more secure grip, preventing slips while you work. It also reduces glare, making it easier to see the fine material you are collecting.
Are these cards flexible or rigid?
The cards have a semi-flexible design. This allows them to bend just enough to effectively scrape surfaces and conform to the shape of your collection tray, ensuring you don't miss any product.
Can I use these cards with other sifter brands?
Absolutely. While they are optimized for the entire NugSmasher ecosystem, their universal design makes them a valuable tool for collecting sift from any brand of tumbler or screen.
How do I clean the sifter cards?
Cleaning is simple. Just wipe the cards with a soft cloth and a small amount of high-purity isopropyl alcohol to remove any sticky residue. Allow them to air dry completely before the next use.
What is dry sift and why should I collect it?
Dry sift is a solventless concentrate made up of trichome heads that have been separated from plant material. Collecting it allows you to isolate a potent and pure product. To learn more, check out our guide on everything you need to know about dry sift rosin.
