Struggling to maximize yields and protect your crop from pests without resorting to harsh chemicals? The Medic Grow UV + FR 4 ft Supplemental LED Grow Light Bar is the professional-grade solution designed to enhance any existing LED setup with targeted spectrum optimization. By providing specific wavelengths that standard lights often lack, this supplemental bar ensures your plants reach their full genetic potential.
Perfect for growers using primary systems like the Medic Grow Spectrum X 880W or the Medic Grow EZ-8 1000W, this 100-watt bar delivers a scientific blend of UV and Far Red light. The targeted UV spectrum triggers natural plant defense mechanisms, resulting in 5%-10% yield increases and improved terpene production for superior flavor and aroma. Meanwhile, the Far Red (700-800 nm) light activates the Emerson Effect, dramatically improving photosynthetic efficiency and accelerating growth cycles.
Measuring 31.5 inches with a compact 1.19" profile, this light bar integrates seamlessly into 4x4 or larger grow spaces. It provides maximum spectrum coverage without interfering with your primary lighting arrangement, making it an essential upgrade for any serious indoor garden looking to optimize both quality and harvest frequency.
Optimal UV light triggers natural plant defenses, preventing pests and mold without chemicals.
Scientifically-proven spectrum combination enhances plant development and harvest weights.
Far Red 700-800 nm spectrum improves photosynthetic efficiency and accelerates growth.
UV spectrum enhances plant compounds and aromatic profiles for superior quality.
This supplemental light bar is designed for exclusive compatibility with existing LED grow lights. The 100-watt power consumption provides optimal spectrum enhancement without overloading electrical systems, while the compact design allows installation alongside primary lighting without interference or space constraints.
The dual-spectrum design combines UV light for natural plant protection and compound enhancement with Far Red light for photosynthetic optimization. This scientifically-formulated combination triggers both defensive responses and growth acceleration, providing comprehensive plant development support that translates directly to improved harvests and quality.

Medic Grow provides a 1-year warranty on the UV + FR Light Bar covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions within the specified temperature range of 95°F (35°C).
The Emerson Effect occurs when Far Red light (700-800 nm) works synergistically with existing light to increase photosynthetic efficiency, leading to faster growth and larger flowers.
Yes, the 31.5" length and 1.19" profile make it ideal for 4x4 tents and larger setups without crowding your primary lighting.
Minimal maintenance is needed. Simply keep the fixture surface clean and ensure the operating temperature stays below 95°F (35°C).
Yes, it is designed for exclusive compatibility with LED grow lights, adding the UV and Far Red spectrums that most standard LEDs lack.
Growth rate improvements are often visible within the first week, while enhanced compound development and final yield increases are realized at harvest.
The UV levels are calibrated for plants. Standard safety practices apply: avoid direct eye exposure and use protective gear when working under the lights.
