Every drain-and-refill cycle on your Mini Osprey costs you water, ice, energy, and time. The Mini Nest Water Recycle Kit eliminates all of it. Purpose-built to complement the Mini Osprey, this all-in-one kit transforms your setup into a true closed-loop hash washing system — wash, drain into the 44-gallon stainless steel Mini Nest tank, hit a switch, and your water is automatically recirculated back into the Mini Osprey for the next batch. Everything needed for day-one operation is included: pump, hoses, fittings, clamps, and gaskets.

The kit's mag-driven food-grade water pump with remote control is available in 110V or 230V to suit any facility. Heavy-duty locking casters keep the entire setup mobile, and the tank's design supports easy cleaning between wash days and works with standard 44-gallon collection bags.

Does the Mini Nest kit include the Mini Osprey?+

No — the Mini Nest Water Recycle Kit is an add-on for existing Mini Osprey setups. The Mini Osprey is sold separately. The kit includes the 44-gallon stainless tank, mag-driven pump with remote, all hoses, and every fitting and clamp needed for a complete installation.

Which voltage should I choose — 110V or 230V?+

Choose 110V if your facility uses standard North American outlets. Choose 230V if you're running a European or internationally configured facility, or if your lab is already wired for 230V equipment. Both versions include the same mag-driven food-grade pump and remote control.

How does the closed-loop recirculation process work?+

After your wash cycle, drain the Mini Osprey into the Mini Nest tank below. Your collection bags or Mini AutoSieve capture the hash during this drain. Once collected, hit the pump switch and the Mini Nest automatically recirculates the wash water back up into the Mini Osprey vessel — ready for the next batch without draining, refilling, or heavy lifting.

Does the Mini Nest work with third-party collection bags?+

Yes — the Mini Nest tank is compatible with standard 44-gallon collection bags and features hook locations to keep bags in position during draining. It also works with the Mini AutoSieve for a fully automated bag-free collection setup.

Is the pump covered under warranty?+

The Mini Nest Water Recycle Kit carries a 1-year full factory warranty, however the pump is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. All other components — tank, hoses, fittings, clamps, and gaskets — are covered for the full warranty period.

How difficult is the Mini Nest to clean between wash days?+

The Mini Nest is specifically designed for easy cleaning between sessions. The full stainless steel construction resists buildup, the sanitary fittings allow for quick disassembly of hose connections, and the tank layout provides straightforward access for rinsing and sanitizing.
