How to Use
- Set the vibration table on the stabilization mat.
- Plug the vibration table into the switched extension cord and connect to a power outlet.

- Turn on the vibration table.
- Fill the top of the cartridge with your material; the vibration will shake it into the cones.
- Use the included tamping tool to pack your material during operation. Firmly tamp early in the process to ensure a tight pack near the crutch.
- Once cones are nearly full (leave space to twist), turn the vibration table off.
- Place the riser on the vibration table underneath the cartridge.
- Set the cartridge on the riser to push the cones up for easy access.
- Remove each cone and twist the end to finish.
Note: This filling machine can be cleaned with hot water up to 130°F. For best results, we recommend using an isopropyl alcohol and salt mixture. Do not expose the machine to temperatures over 130°F or leave it in direct sunlight.
