How to Use

Set the vibration table on the stabilization mat.
Plug the vibration table into the switched extension cord and into a power outlet.
Place the cartridge on the vibration table, ensuring the detachable base is firmly installed.
Fill the holes of the cartridge with your cones.
Turn on the vibration table using the switch on the extension cord.
Fill the top of the cartridge with your material; the vibration will shake it into the cones.
Use the included tamping tool to pack your material during operation. Tamp firmly early in the process for a tight pack near the crutch.
Once cones are nearly full (leave space to twist), turn the vibration table off.
Pick up the cartridge and remove the detachable base by releasing the red clamps.
Set the cartridge top down on a flat surface to push the cones up for easy access.
Remove each cone and twist the end to finish.

Our filling machines can be cleaned with hot water up to 130º F but will warp over time if used in a dishwasher. We recommend using an isopropyl alcohol and salt mixture. Please do not expose machines to temperatures over 130º or leave outdoors in direct sunlight.
