How to Use
- Place the cartridge on your vibration table (sold separately). Set the riser aside for now.
- Fill the holes of the cartridge with your empty 109mm cones.
- Turn on the vibration table.
- Spread your material evenly over the top of the cartridge.
- Use the included tamping tool to gently pack your material during operation. For best results, tamp firmly early in the process to ensure a tight pack near the crutch.
- Once cones are nearly full (leave space at the end to twist), turn off the vibration table.
- Lift the cartridge and place the riser underneath it.
- Set the cartridge down onto the riser, which will push the cones up for easy access.
- Remove each filled cone and twist the end to finish.
Cleaning Tip: Clean with hot water (up to 130°F) or a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and salt to remove resin. Do not expose to temperatures over 130°F or leave in direct sunlight.
