Who This Is For
- You are switching to 4x7 bags because smaller sizes force you to run too many cycles for your large harvest.
- You are prioritizing double-stitched seams because your current bags keep blowing out when you ramp up the pressure.
What We Found
- The double-stitching on these is visible and feels much thicker than the single-seam budget bags we have tested.
- We noticed the micron holes stay consistent even when we push these bags near their maximum temperature limit.
- We found that pre-flipping these bags inside out is easier because the nylon has just enough grip without sticking.
What Users Say
- Users who switched to these report they stopped losing material to blowouts even when using high-tonnage presses.
- Operators running large batches say the 4 by 7 inch size lets them process more biomass in a single press.
- Extractors say the food-grade nylon leaves no noticeable flavor or scent in the final refined product.
Gutenberg's Dank Pressing Co 4" x 7" Rosin Bags-25 Pack
Stop losing precious material to frustrating blowouts. When a rosin bag fails under pressure, it costs you time, resources, and perfectly good starting material. The solution is a bag built to handle the heat and force of extraction without compromise.
Engineered by Gutenbergs Dank Pressing Co, these 4" x 7" bags feature robust double-stitching to prevent seam failure, even at high pressures. Each bag is made from 100% food-grade, dye-free nylon, ensuring your final product is as pure as your starting material. With a heat resistance of up to 375°F and a wide range of available micron ratings, these are some of the most reliable rosin press bags for maximizing your yields and maintaining quality. If you need a different size for your press, consider their popular 3" x 6" rosin bags as well.

FAQs
It depends on your starting material. Lower microns (25-75μ) are ideal for kief, hash, or dry sift. Higher microns (90-220μ) are better for flower. A good starting point for flower is typically 120μ.
For the highest quality and purity, we recommend using a new bag for each press. Reusing bags can introduce contaminants from previous presses and may compromise the bag's integrity, increasing the risk of blowouts.
These bags can comfortably handle up to 28 grams (1 ounce) of flower, depending on the density. For best results, avoid over-packing to allow for proper oil flow during extraction.
The 4" x 7" size is one of the largest offered by Gutenbergs Dank Pressing Co, ideal for large-scale pressing. They also offer smaller sizes like 2.5" x 4.5" bags for smaller, more personal presses.
These bags work well with standard flat pressing. For maximum yield, you can also use the "Bottle Tech" or "Chottle Tech" style by folding the corners in, though Gutenberg's also makes specific Bottle Tech Style bags for that purpose.
