The Air Sock is engineered specifically for the 4-inch outlet of the GrowPros Solutions Quetzalcoatl Air Circulation System. It may fit other 4-inch duct outlets with similar connection profiles, but optimal fit, seal, and airflow performance are only guaranteed when used with the Quetzalcoatl system.

Each order includes 8 feet of air sock, sold on a per-foot basis. To estimate how much you need, measure the total length of each Quetzalcoatl duct run in your room and order accordingly. For multi-tier setups with multiple Quetzalcoatl units, calculate each row independently and add them together.

Fabric air socks are significantly more affordable, lighter, and faster to install than rigid metal ductwork — and in vertical farming environments where rack configurations change frequently, that flexibility matters. The permeable fabric also delivers 360° airflow distribution across the full duct length rather than concentrated outlet points, which produces more even conditions across the canopy without additional diffusers or fittings.

The Air Sock is fully removable and washable. Detach it from the Quetzalcoatl outlet and duct connectors, which can be monitored alongside your lighting via the GrowPros Solutions Grow Room Light & Environment Controller. The dust-resistant fabric reduces how frequently cleaning is needed, and the quick-removal design keeps maintenance downtime between cycles to a minimum.

The Air Sock is constructed from moisture-permeable polyester that allows humidity to evaporate through the fabric wall rather than condense and accumulate inside the duct. This makes it well-suited to the high-humidity conditions of hydroponic grow rooms, where condensation buildup inside rigid metal ducts is a common problem. Regular washing between cycles further reduces any risk of mold or bacterial buildup.
