Dulytek Warranty

Dulytek Equipment warrants that for the period of two years from the date of shipping, Dulytek heat presses shall be free from defects in frame materials and workmanship under normal use provided the presses are correctly installed, used, and maintained. Some quickly worn-down parts such as heat press handles and bottle jacks are covered for the period of three months. The warranty shall not be applied to press machines have been subject to misuse, neglect, improper storage, handling, maintenance, or custom modifications.

Great Machine for the price!

This Machine is really the best bang for your buck at that level size of press plates. I did tons of shopping and comparing and for the size press you get and the completeness of this press kit, the ease of use and the ability to get right after it straight outta the box!?!?! Can't beat the value!!

Ps. Here's my first lil press of 3.5 grams of Afghan Kush Dry sift, came out very tasty, snappy hard!

Good but not great customer service experience

The machine was delivered in non operational condition, one plate didn’t heat. The manufacturer fixed and returned it and it works fine now. My issue was the dulytech prople played “good cop, bad cop with me as we went through the process. I could never talk directly with “the boss” who knew “what’s up” but to an assistant relaying my communications. The assistant promised to mail me complimentary accessories for the trouble I went through, those never came. In the end the machine works but it was unpleasant dealing with dulytech on my out of the box service issue.
