Who This Is For

  • You are moving away from mesh bags because shifting material under pressure is causing inconsistent yields during your process.
  • You are looking for a rigid containment solution because your current setup fails to hold a uniform shape during high-pressure runs.

What We Found

  • The 75 micron spacing is a smart middle ground that avoids the clog-prone nature of tighter bags.
  • We suggest cutting these down to smaller lengths to maximize your throughput if you run a smaller press setup.

What Users Say

  • Operators who switched to these rigid tubes report that their final yields stay consistent from one press to the next.
  • Users who struggled with bunching mesh bags say they save time by not having to re-align their material between cycles.

Bubble Magic 75 Micron Terp Tube - 1" x 9"

A rosin bag can shift or bunch up under press pressure, throwing off your yield from one press to the next. While some prefer the versatility of a Bubble Magic Tea Bag, the 75 Micron Terp Tube provides a rigid, food-grade stainless steel cylinder instead of a flexible bag, so your material stays contained in a consistent shape every time.

To use one, just cut the tube to size, fill it with your favorite herbs, buds, or flowers, fold the ends, and press. These 1"x9" tubes can be cut down to whatever length works best for your specific press setup, so one size covers a range of jobs.

At 75 microns, this tube leans toward the more open end of the range — finer than a 150 micron terp tube, but with larger holes than a 25 micron terp tube that let material pass through more easily. If you need a different filtration level, we also offer the 50 micron and 100 micron variants to fine-tune your extraction.

This listing is available in a 10-pack or a 50-pack, so you can stock up based on how often you're pressing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use a terp tube? +

Cut the tube to the size you need, fill it with your herbs, buds, or flowers, fold the ends closed, and press. If you are starting with ice water extraction, ensure your material was first processed through a 220 micron washing bag for the cleanest results. The 1"x9" tube can then be trimmed down to whatever length suits your specific setup.

What does the micron rating mean for these tubes? +

A 25 micron rating uses smaller holes for a more filtered and refined final product, while a 150u rating uses larger holes that let material pass through more easily and can potentially provide slightly higher yields. At 75 microns, this tube sits closer to that more open end of the range.

What's the difference between the 10-pack and 50-pack? +

Both packs contain the same 1"x9" 75 micron terp tube. The only difference is quantity — 10 tubes versus 50 — so the right choice depends on how frequently you press.

What material are these tubes made from? +

These tubes are made from premium food-grade stainless steel, suitable for direct contact with herbal concentrates during pressing.

Can I reuse these tubes? +

Yes, the stainless steel construction is built to hold up to repeated fill, fold, and press cycles rather than being a single-use product.
