In the event that a bag can not be repaired and falls within the 1-year repair policy, Boldtbags will replace the bag if it is due to manufacturer's defect. 

Most commonly this includes but is not limited to missing or loose stitching and loose seams. Our manufacturer's warranty does not include but is not limited to ripping, tearing or frayed material and normal wear and tear.
