You are maintaining preset targets across complex multi-part nutrient blends because manual mixing causes constant fluctuation.
You are running automated irrigation schedules alongside your dosing program because you want hands-off fertigation management.
Proportional dosing keeps nutrient ratios consistent as demand changes across your operation.
Growers who installed the IntelliDose say they stopped worrying about pH swings while they were away from the facility.
Users who added irrigation control report that their consistency improved now that feeding schedules are automated.
Bluelab IntelliDose Controller Kit
Running a multi-part nutrient program by hand means constant mixing, monitoring, and adjustment across every growing method in your operation. The Bluelab IntelliDose Controller Kit solves this with hands-off fertigation automation, dosing up to a 9-part blend of nutrients, additives, and pH adjuster while maintaining your preset EC and pH targets — across NFT, DFT/DWC, soil, media, drip, and aeroponic systems.
Proportional dosing keeps nutrient ratios consistent as demand changes, and you can set different EC targets for day and night or lower EC by adding water automatically. Up to 4 irrigation pump outputs let the IntelliDose run scheduled irrigation alongside dosing, and fail-safe shut-offs stop dosing automatically if something goes wrong. Conductivity reads in EC, CF, or ppm 500 (TDS), and pH control runs in either the alkali (up) or acid (down) direction depending on your setup.
Connected via a
Bluelab IntelliLink to the Edenic app, the IntelliDose gives you remote monitoring, control, history reporting, and instant alarm notifications from your phone, wherever you're working. Pair it with a
Bluelab Power Relay R4 (sold separately) for electronic mains switching, and choose from three peristaltic pump sizes —
120ml/min,
450ml/min, and
1400ml/min — sold separately based on your dosing volume needs.
