While precut vacuum seal bags don't always fit what you're storing — the ArmorVac 11" x 20' Black & Clear Vacuum Seal Bag Rolls give you the flexibility to cut exactly the size you need, eliminating wasted bag material on smaller items and giving you enough length for oversized ones. Each roll is 5mil thick for puncture resistance and locks out air and moisture, keeping contents fresh up to 5x longer than conventional storage methods. The black-and-clear design gives you opacity on one side for discretion and full visibility on the other for quick content identification. This pack includes 2 rolls for extended use.

ArmorVac rolls are fully compatible with NatureVac vacuum sealers and any other standard chamber or edge sealer. Made from US FDA food-safe materials and completely free of BPA, these bags are safe for use with meat, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and botanicals.

Directions

  1. Measure the items to be stored and cut the roll to the appropriate length, leaving at least 2 inches of empty space between the contents and the open edge of the bag.
  2. Seal one end of the cut roll using your vacuum sealer, then fill with the premeasured contents.
  3. Insert the open end of the bag into a NatureVac vacuum sealer or any compatible vacuum sealer.
  4. Vacuum and seal as normal.

Sealed bags can be reheated to boiling point in water on the stovetop. Ensure the bag has at least 1 inch of water surrounding it and is not in direct contact with the bottom or sides of the pot. For microwave use, pierce the bag with a small slit before heating or defrosting. Do not use in an oven or broiler.

How do I use a vacuum seal roll versus a precut bag? +

Cut the roll to your desired length, then seal one end using your vacuum sealer before filling. Once filled with your contents — leaving at least 2 inches of clearance at the top — insert the open end into the sealer and vacuum seal as normal.

What's the advantage of rolls over precut bags? +

Rolls let you cut exactly the bag size you need for each item, eliminating wasted material on smaller items and giving you the flexibility to accommodate larger contents that wouldn't fit a standard 15" x 20" precut vacuum seal bag.

Are these rolls compatible with my vacuum sealer? +

ArmorVac rolls are designed for use with NatureVac vacuum sealers and are compatible with most standard edge vacuum sealers. Confirm your sealer supports roll-style bags before purchasing.

How much space should I leave at the top of the bag before sealing? +

Leave at least 2 inches of empty space between the contents and the open edge of the bag. This ensures the sealer gets a clean, airtight seal without interference from the contents.

Can I reheat food directly in the sealed bag? +

Yes. No. ArmorVac vacuum seal bags are not oven or broiler safe. They are designed for cold storage, refrigeration, freezing, boiling water reheating, and microwave use with a pierced bag only.
