Setup and Maintenance
System Setup Steps:
1. Prepare Pots
Attach the necessary fittings to the pots.
2. Connect the System
Use piping to connect the pots and the header pot to establish the recirculating network.
3. Install Air System
Set up the air pump and connect it to the air stones in the pots.
4. Integrate Pumps
Install the water pump(s) for recirculation and chilling (if applicable).
5. Set Up Nutrient Tank
Connect the nutrient tank to the system.
6. Fill the System
Add water to the system.
Maintenance Tips:
- Maintain water temperature between 18-20°C (64-68°F).
- Add nutrients to the system and allow for recirculation before testing and adjusting.
- When planting, use a substrate layer in the net pot, water the cutting, and fill the remaining space with substrate.
