Yes — the 1/2" stopper is designed to fit the end of 1/2" ID tubing, including Active Aqua 1/2" Black Vinyl Tubing. It seats onto the tubing end by hand and holds securely under standard hydroponic pump pressures without clamps or additional sealing materials.

Yes — the stopper can be used to cap an unused barbed port on a T connector, effectively converting the three-way fitting into a straight-through connection. It is also compatible with the barbed ends of an elbow connector, allowing you to expand or modify the system without replacing fittings.
