Return Policy Duration

Returns are generally accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Please initiate the return process within this timeframe to ensure eligibility for a refund or exchange. 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

To ensure a smooth return process, all products being returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Trimleaf. The RMA number helps us track and process your return efficiently. Please contact us to request an RMA number.

Return Process for Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, we will provide a shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs for returning the product. Please contact our customer support team for assistance and further instructions.

Return Process for Remorse

If you wish to return a product due to remorse or any reason other than a defect, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Consumables

Kindly note that certain items, such as consumables (e.g., nutrients and supplements), are not eligible for return once they have been opened or used. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but no exceptions can be made.

Restocking Fee and Return Shipping

Returns may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15-20%. The exact restocking fee percentage will depend on the specific product and manufacturer guidelines. Additionally, the cost of return shipping for remorse returns is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exclusions from Guarantee

Please be aware that our guarantee does not apply to final sale products.

Required Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all products must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be 100% complete, including all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and documentation.
  • The product must be in resalable condition, meaning it should be in the condition that it was received, with no show signs of wear, use, damage, or misuse.

Refund Processing

We understand that receiving your refund in a timely manner is important to you. The refund process typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. Once your return is received and processed in our warehouse, the refund will be issued automatically to the payment method you used to place your order.

  • If the payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the bank account linked to the card.
  • If the payment was made through PayPal, the value of your refund will be refunded to your PayPal account. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received in our warehouse, and you should generally receive your refund within 48 hours of receiving this email.
