The STM Canna RocketBox 3.0 solves this with Particle Lock technology. Instead of tamping, the machine creates a controlled swirling vortex during filling that lets heavier, stickier material settle evenly on its own. Each particle locks into place naturally, producing a uniformly dense pack — even with infused flower — without a single tamp.
The RocketBox 3.0 still delivers industry-leading throughput: 453 joints per cycle standalone, with support for two 143-joint or two 72-joint trays for added flexibility. It runs on 110V or 220V power at 8 full load amps, so it drops into nearly any commercial electrical setup.
Everything is managed from a 7-inch HD touchscreen. Smart Density Software holds a target weight per cone size cycle after cycle — the hardest thing to do by hand with infused, homogenized material. An on-board training wizard with step-by-step video tutorials gets new operators running at full speed with no manuals to chase down, and a built-in timer keeps cycle data clean and consistent.
FlexAir lets you run the machine's built-in compressor or connect your own external compressor, and onboard data logging with remote access keeps your output records and compliance documentation simple.
Built from SAE 304 stainless steel with aluminum and food-grade components, the RocketBox 3.0 sits on heavy-duty caster wheels and is rated for a 10-year industrial life cycle.
