Hash holes, donut joints and other internally infused pre-rolls sell at a premium, but building them by hand is slow, labor-intensive and hard to repeat consistently at scale. The patented STM Canna Astro Infuser 2.0 automates the process. It injects concentrate directly into 12 filled pre-rolls at once and completes a full 72-count tray in a machine cycle of about 60 seconds*.
Built for commercial
pre-roll production, the Astro Infuser 2.0 gives operators programmable control over the three variables that define an infused pre-roll:

Dose: 0.05–3.2 g per pre-roll.

Temperature: up to 198°F from reservoir to needle.

Core placement: exactly where the concentrate core starts and stops.
A guided pecking injection system places concentrate where you set it, and a built-in density calculator converts your target weight into dispense volume.
The Astro Infuser 2.0 works with rosin, live resin, distillate and other compatible cannabis oils. It stores 20 recipes, with room to add more, so every concentrate and SKU can be recalled and run the same way each shift. It is also self-contained: there's no nitrogen or compressed air to plumb in, and it fits a compact 21" × 24" × 33" footprint.
