What is the difference between the 5, 15, and 25-micron sizes?
The micron size determines the level of filtration. Lower numbers mean finer filtration. Use 5μ or 15μ for extremely fine materials like dry sift, kief, or bubble hash to achieve the highest purity. The 25μ mesh is also excellent for these materials and can offer a slight increase in yield while still providing superb filtration.
How do I use these mesh sheets?
Simply cut a piece of the mesh to your desired size, place your kief or sift in the center, and fold the mesh over to create a secure pouch. This pouch is then ready to be placed between parchment paper and pressed in your rosin press.
